How do you take a photo of someones face
and turn it into a mat?

Once you have the digital image you save it as a bmp file. Then convert it to a mat with Mat16. If you don't have Mat16 follow this link:

just wanna say that when I save a bmp as a mat in mat16 it really gets screwed up...
