The editor isn´t release yet, you can only build your level in Radiant and compile it in JKRadiant.

I read somewhere that future versions of GTK Radiant will have support for JO. If this translates to just Radiant being able to find the JO directory and pk3 files then it should be just a case of retexturing the maps in JORadiant, I guess. Never the less, I'm waiting for the official release from Raven.
