No seriously. I've got my misc model in the game of like a ship or something but its not solid.
How do I make it solid?

Nice an simple one this, all you need to do is add 'CLIP' brushes to the model. The CLIP texture is in the SYSTEM texture folder and all you do is create brushes that mimic the model and voer them with this texture.

It's hard to get it spot on but is the only way.

Yes, make a simple brush thats about the same size/shape as the model, and use the clip texture on it.
Handy Hint: if you want to use the shuttle model in a map, then load up the kejim_post demo map and copy the func_grouped clip brushes from that (you may need to press Alt+7 to show them) as it will save you some effort.
