You are trying to run a mod in a game that it wasn't designed for. (I'm assuming you are trying to run it in Jedi Outcast since you posted in the JO forum)

The Futuristic Weapons Pack is for Jedi Knight, a completely different game than Jedi Outcast.

If you are indeed trying to get it to work in Jedi Knight, you need Patch Commander, available here:
