I have read the tutor but you know is there anyway with out 3d max and softimage Becuse I swear that I dont wanna buy programs.... Besides I am way to poor..well right now. I have looked if there free where are they.

Erm, I'm not sure what you're asking here, and I'm not an expert on animation to say the least...but Milkshape might be able to do it...I know they have a basic animation thing, and it's good modeling program for only $20

I think what he's asking is if there is a free program out there for modeling and animation. Much like how Puppet Jedi was used for animations in JK, if there is such a program for JO. As of yet, I don't think so and I think it may be some time before there is one. I'd like to get my hands on an animation program too cause there are lots of moves I'd like to program in that I could probably pull off well.
