what are the commands to change the external camera angle in JO?

In sp, you can't. In mp, I have no idea..

enable cheats...

cg_thirdpersonangle 000
cg_thirdpersonrange 000
cg_thirdpersonVertOffset 000

and there's more... in the consol just type
cg_thirdperson

and it should list them all
