There I was, minding my own buisness and trying to bend a patch, when I get this error. JKII has caused anerror...it will now shut down. OK, it shuts down and I start it up again only to discover that half of my map is magically missing. I tried to reload it several times, but with the same results.
What can I do? Or am I doomed to re-do my map?

too bad, usually once it's gone, that's it, you have to redo if you don't have any back ups. Did you try the autosave.map? If you're lucky maybe it saved before the problem and you should be fine. If not....

Well...
Luckily I did have the basic map saved under a different name, so I can start from there. On the map I was working on, the building I was creating is still somewhat there. How do I copy that part onto the earlier version? I don't see a copy function anywhere!
