Where can I find a plant texture to use in JO and how do I go about importing textures to JO?

just make a new folder in textures/, and put the .jpg or .tga in there

Right... Well, thanks... That didn't answer my question though, where can I find wood textures??

Load up the Yavin textures. Toward the bottom are some wood textures with moss and without moss. There's even a wood door too.

I mean, wood as in a stick. Sorry for not making myself clear.

in the models folder they have nice purty textures they used for the tree trunks etc.

OH AND BTW, you asked TWO questions, and i DID IN FACT answer one... technically, i answered the question proper.

I had no idea one could get textures from the s used in the game like trees and stuff. I opened up GTK and clicked on Textures and went to s. It seems to load the textures, and when it gets done it says "Loaded 212 shaders and created default shader for 0 orphan textures." But there are no textures in the little texture window thingy. What gives?

OK, Michael, calm down! I may have been mean to you when you told me how to import textures, but I did say thanks, and I apologize for being rude, but that is no stinkin' reason to call me a dick! You just insulted me twice, one on this thread, and another on my other thread, "how do I light up my outside areas". Lay off the insults!

this aint just for you, its for everybody: dont post vague questions on strange problems, and ***** about the answers not being right/not being answered at all.

im often on the massassi jo editing forums, and the lucasarts jk2 forums, trying to give people some help, and i dont know how many times someone posts a question about some oddball problem, and gives no details, then whines about no one answering their question. its gets really annoying.
