Actually, im just wondering how to put fire in my level (like what you saw the the arena of fire level or whatever it was called)

Oh, and you might want to put in in n00b terms, i havnt been working with GTK for very long.

Oh, and one more thing, How do i do ambient lighting? (yes, put that in n00b terms too [http://forums.massassi.net/html/wink.gif])

Insert an fx_runner in your level wherever you want the fire to be. Then, bring up the entity window by pressing N. In the key field, type fxFile. In the value field, type in effects\env\fire.efx. After that, just press Enter and exit out of the entity window.

That should do it!
