What does this name mean, anyway?

How do i make rotating fans. I followed bubba's tutorials exactly and it doen't rotate.

Also if the author of acid waste facility 2 or anyone else can tell me how to make flowing water out of tubes like in that level.

I did Bubba's tutorial and it worked for me. Make sure you check start_on in the entity window.
