I was wondering if there was a way to create colored glass in jk radiant or gtk radiant....... please teach me or put a link to a tutorial (if there is such thing as colored lights)

Colored lights are made by highlighting the Light entity and pressing K. this brings up a dialog box in which you can change the color of lights. I think you said you knew that but just in case. As for colored glass I think It would have to be a custom job. That is to say you'd have to make a new shader. I'm not sure how to make shaders, or even how to get my textures to show up in my levels so I can't really help you with that.
