What's a good program to make models?
I've got gmax but it makes my head hurt.
I've heard of milk shape, can someone give me some info in it?

Yes.

When you make the Control File (under Utilities I think, or Tools) make sure to open it up afterwards and redo all the paths so they match the JPEGs on your model.
