Can someone tell me very thoroughly how to implement custom textures into my level and include them in the .pk3, the finished product...just, the whole deal. Or at least point me to a tutorial that would help...Thanks

Easy. Just make sure you're textures are jpg or tga format with 16-bit colors and are located in the textures folder in it's own folder (preferable named after your project). The name of the folder should appear in JK2 Radient in the textures menu. If not, just manually type the name of the texture using the surface inspector.
