Ok, Doors. How do I make them. I was trying to read a tutorial and it didnt make sense.
So I'm gonna need yur help. [http://forums.massassi.net/html/smile.gif] All i know how to make it is to make a brush the exact size of the door way. I dont know if i need to texture it in anyway...or anything. SO HELP! PLZ!

Richdiesal's tutorial site has some tutorilas on this i believe, and if you don't understand it, read the tutorials before that one first..

He doesnt make any sense when he talks about pickin one side of the door...I can pick the one side, but i cant then right click it and stuff...Kinda confusing. Like I would fit it, Highlight the one side, then when I right click and click func_door, It makes a completely new brush.....help?

Yo, This is where i get complex...in the category of 3D shapes, a square-traingular prism? (A 4 sided pyramid) to put on the top of temple....or maybe just a triangular prism...Something post-Greek.

As for your for sided piramid; clipper tool should do it...

like in the tutorial, it says to select one side of the door and right-click it, then click func_door. Then select and right-click the other side and select func_door. I cant do that, when I right-click, and I pick func_door, instead of turning the selected item to the func_door, it made a whole new brush. But it's probably cause i pick just that one side...maybe you just have to select the whole brush for a door.

Indeed, you need to select theb whole door, but he meens, one side of the door which exists of TWO brushes, one opening to the left and one opening to the right..
