if i posted a image up or a link to an image ( an animated .gif) could somebody please make the shader stuff and do all that complicated stuff to animate it for me? I have read the tutorials and stuff and have no idea what to do, and would appreciate the help.

Yes, But i need to have somebody convert a animated gif into a jpeg or series of jpegs or whatever to make it animated. here is the gif i need.

I think if you convert it to a .tga it will retain its animation... I think...
