How could I give the console a command with a key press?

i. e. You press 'm' and it spawns a reborn. ('npc spawn reborn')

Anybody?

It is saved in your .cfg file. Just put that in your mod and anyone who puts that in the base folder will have that key bind.

Only, it would screw up someone's configuration.

Yah, they would have all of your binds but also your name, force powers, model... Basically I'd just tell people how to do it in your mod readme.
