Is there a way to use the worldspawn (or something) to make models (like NPCs and players) brighten up? To make them bright and easy to see.

there may be a min lihgt value that only effects models but I have to ask why?

Raven often uses the SET_MORELIGHT script command for NPCs in cinematics. It seems to give a minlight of 96 (according to the description anyway).
