Ok, So I've got my files and everything set-up in this nice little .zip file. I have all the textures done, I have all the .skin file pointing to them, have the folder directories inside the .zip correct so it points to the textures. I even have my own little custom icon.

I cannot get the god damn mfin icon to show up at the char select screen.

All this work and something so small is holding me back. Help before I smash something.
