Colored lighting question.
2004-05-28, 5:13 PM #1
Is it possible to choose any color for colored lighting? It seems that when I select a certain color, the editor just uses another color I didn't exactly select. Sometimes of different shade. [http://forums.massassi.net/html/confused.gif]

i thought it was just like this:

1. make a completely new light
2. press 'k'
3. select a color in the appearing screen
4. press 'ok' and your finished

So...
"007...Whats your name"
"The name is bond...James Bond"
"No, i mean your other codename"
"Dont tell this any further. Its need help"

Possibly because you used a color that's leaning too much to grey/black, which isn't possible.

I know that.

When I select a color for example:

Hue: 208
Saturation: 142
Value: 160
R: 71 G:119 B:160

the color of the light turns to:

Hue:208
Saturation: 142
Value: 255
R:113 G:189 B:255

Its basically the same color, but a different shade. I'm a bit "picky" on the color I want.

Use normalised RGB, enter it manually in the key/value fields.
