Hi, i was owndering what tools i need to create/re-skin the skins already in the game... Could any of you guys help?

Usually a image editor is just needed. Paint may do, but leads to ugly and overly-simple skins. Do you have Photoshop or Gimp (or any other good image editors?)

yeah i have a photo editor, mainly what the comp comes with, but do i need to download ne things to open the pk3 files?

Whats a Gimp? (LOL) im not good with editing tools and there fancy names lol im useless lol,

GIMP is another image editor (as I said.) It's harder to use.

.pk3 files can be open by WinZip, Pakescape or any other programs that handle opening compresssed files.
