People don't write walkthroughs for modeling programs. They make tutorials, like the entire help-file that comes with Milkshape 3D: Read that before you look for tutorials, since they all assume that you've at least attempted to read that. Most people can model pretty well once they've read that, so there aren't many tutorials for milkshape.
