Rurouni Kenshin : Redemption (TC for JKA) needs help!!

Hey guys,

i've discovered this forum a few days ago, and i must say that i'm pretty pleased to see people still modding for JKA!!

I'm currently making a Total Conversion called Rurouni Kenshin : Redemption for JKA. It's a mod where you will be able to play in feudal Japan, in the Meiji area(around the 1850s ). It is based on the anime Rurouni Kenshin, so you'll see all the main characters from the anime!! We are actually changing a lot of things of the actual JKA gameplay in order to create our own gameplay out of it. You'll have for example a Lock system (a bit like in the 3d zelda games/ kengo), advanced combos, special stances for each character, and many more things!!
Here is our website address : http://www.rkredemption.com/

All the informations about our gameplay are in the about section, and you can see what we have alreayd made in the multimedia section, and of course in the news!!

Here are a few pics of our our latest work :

We are currently looking for a new animator(that will be making custom skeletons, export them, and of course making new anims including animatable hair and clothes), and we are also looking for an extra coder, since our coders currently have some problems with the JKA code itself. So if any of you is interested, thanks for contacting me at cedelling@hotmail.com (its also my msn)!!

Thanks for your time, and i hope that some of you will be able to give us a hand!!

Hm, didn't Arkon work on this, too? You might want to try to showcase it in the showcase forums, and ask for help while at it. :)

Thanks guys.

About the Dragon Program, we've already looked at it and unfortunately it wont be of any help, for the simple reason that we are making totally custom skeletons and animations, while dragon is exclusively to add new animations to the standard JKA Skeleton.

About Arkon, he was interested to work for RKR, but he never finished his trial, so he never entered the team. ^^

I'd be willing, granted you didn't say you needed the help, to model swords and other non-organic models. I'm actually a regular as far as sword models go, I just never showcase them because they're all very similar, and only a true blade freak would understand the difference between any of them.

Impressive models and UI you've made quite some progress since I last checked your site. :) I'd be interested to see how your Programmer is implementing the class system, and sword systems/stances. Are you basing it on the ForceMod code?
