Hi,

Could you suggest me some references (link, downloadable tutorial) to create cutscenes in Jedi Outcast or Jedi Academy.

Do I need to know some programming language like C++?

It does take some programming, but not to the extent of C++. You use the Icarus scripting program (that comes with the editing tools)
