Ok, I'm a bit of a newb when it comes to modding, I want to start Skinning, where do you think I would begin? Note that my OS is Win98 so I cant use 3D Studio Max.

Skinning basically takes an art program. (like Photoshop or GIMP) Don't use MS Paint, please.
