Why hasn't anyone made any good MP JO Mods?

The source code is available and theres still plenty of mappers out there, but nobody has made a JO total conversion mod.

Because

1. No one really has the time/effort to make TCs.

2. JO isn't popular.

3. JO mappers moved to JA because it's more recent. They've even moved onto Q4 a bit too.

4. JO had loads of annoying mapping bugs.
