I was reading Richdiesal's JK2 tutorials, and he has used JK2Radiant in all of his tutorials. I have heard conflicting thoughts about JK2Radiant and GTKRadiant. Which one should I use? Are there any differences in quality or compile time?

GTKradiant!

Simply, it has less bugs, more features and a much better compiler (q3map2). I'm not sure it compiles faster, but it works better.

While his tutorials use JK2radiant, you can do the same things with GTKradiant.

Plus GTKradiant has one major feature over JK2radiant: an undo button! (JK2radiant's undo crashes the program)

Ok. Thanks Echoman.
Which version do you recommend?

Well, I haven't checked if there is a new version, but I use 1.4.0

Haven't noticed any real problems with it.
