I recently downloaded, the DF demo levels for JA, and I was wondering if it was possible to spawn Imperial Commandos in the JA levels, if so can someone plz tel me the spawn code?

Look through the mod's pk3 and find its npc file (usually under ext_data/npcs folder). Look for the NPC's name used for the mod and use it.

Or just email them.
