I like the Ice Age scenario best. I actually ran into this site while looking for debate evidence that says if we limit CO2 in the air then we will enter a new ice age and humanity will go extinct.

The end of the world would probably happen if I got my hands on the spear of destiny.

(for the benefit of the uninformed: according to legend, whoever owns the spear can rule the world, but whoever uses the spear to rise to power ever happens to lose it, they lose their life as well. Hitler owned the spear during ww2, but he lost it when the allies raided nuremburg and stole it. Perhaps it is not entirely cooincidental that he took his life the very same day that he lost the spear. )
