Take it from a graduate of court appointed anger management class, dwelling on your anger will only make you feel worse...

Listen to some upbeat happy music, take yoga, and smile at everyone that you encounter (even if they're mean to you).

Ah well...works for me anyways...

Oh, and, Wuss mentioned them earlier, The Blood Brothers are fabulous, but if you want their really ****ed up and loud, go with their older stuff. 'Meet me at the Waterfront After the Social' is a stellar song.
