Yeah, so on my DVD player, it has a little sticker that says CD-RW, does this mean that I can use some programs to burn movie files onto a CD-RW and watch them on my DVD player? If so, is there a good program to do this with?

Well, you're talking about burning VCDs and SVCDs onto regular CD-Rs. The real trick is converting to the right format, and not losingn quality.

For burning, Nero can do the job.
