I don't know about sapphire cards, but my Hercules one is awsome. I've never had a problem with it.

Sweet GOD Sapphire's blow. They are very, VERY low-quality compared to just the standard ATi, and their support is non-existant. My uncle's dabbled with them before, he tests and trades stuff like this often, and it was horrid. It's like they are built with twigs and mud. ATi's own is very good, as is Asus. If you're going to go out-source, I can't tell you too much except ATi, Asus, Hercules.
