Lol I know I shouldn't, but my dad threatened to take my comp away for quite a while unless I fixed the comp SOON. I TRIED posting in the Tech forum, but I decided that it was going too slow when he said that. I had zen-like patience up till that moment. Thanks for the info guys, and the only reason I reposted was so that it wasn't in caps.

Get a boot disk, use fdisk to delete the partition and make a new one. Also the HP disk may not work... I tried to use a Dell recovery CD from my laptop on a desktop and it wouldn't work at all. E-mail me at ryan@sporkaudio.com maybe I can help you out
