Panthers have the advantage in Offense definitly, with a killer running game, and the ability to make big plays in the 4th quarter.

Defense is a toss-up, in my opinion. I think Carolina O will be hindered, but New England's offense will be even worse (relative to the performance of Carolina's offense.

So a more effective Carolina Offense (
relative to NE's Offense), and a more effective Carolina Defense (against a not so good NE Offense) = Carolina win!!!I still think it will be close.

The Patriots' 3-4 should be able to stop Davis in his tracks, and Harrison, Law, and the rest of their secondary will shut down Delhomme's passing game. Brady has such a quick release that it will be hard for Carolina's front four to get to him, but if any defensive line in the league can do it, they can. It'll be a good game, but I think the Patriots will come out on top. So much is made of Delhomme's 4th quarter ability, but Brady is just as good in the clutch.

In summation, Carolina shall win.
