can't beat Omega Pirate, ive played it like 10 times and he kill me every single freakin time

When you knock about 3 armor plates off him, he will teleport. While he disappears, he will send in some Pirates for help. During this time, use your Xray visor and spot him over a puddle of phazon (sp?). You gotta look quickly though and use you missles and wave beam to hurt him. Personnally, don't worry too much over the other Pirates; you should keep track of him most of the time.

He's tough? Heh, wait until you get to hard mode...

Ok, here's the trick: Fire a super missle or a charged up plasma cannon shot at a plate (which you can lock on to) to destroy it. Do this for all four plates. When the priates come, take them out as quickly as possible, yellow with super missles, white with ice shot/missle... the other two guys you might want to just try to evade if you find it takes too much time to kill them.

Anyways, turn on your xray visor, and look for the omega pirate... when you see him, fire all you have at him (best use charged plasma or super missles). You'll see his plates regenrate, when they all come back you gotta start all over (though he keeps whatever damage you've just given him, yay!)

Repeat until he dies... also note that he will eventually kill the pirates you missed, so don't worry too much about them... you might even want to delay shooting off all his plates until he kills them with his quake attack.

Oh, aome misc stuff: When you're shooting off his plates, wait until immediately before or after the quake attack, you'll have the mest chance to hit him then. Also, when dodging, don't let him get too close, dash to the side to get away. Watch for the phazon pools tho .'/

One of the tunnels in Magmoor Caverns has a forcefield-lined passage. Plant a super bomb square in the middle and jump down to collect the powerup.

the walkway's panels are unlit and have cracks, IIRC. You can also hear the powerup pretty loudly.
