I don't know about 1 and 3, but:

2) You can't have alt and tab. But what you can have is a minimizer. Download the JKA minimizer from www.jk3files.com (its called something like that).

For #1, as far as singleplayer goes, I'd love to know too. There's been a number of threads on the JA forum about this actually, such as this recent one and a couple older, fuller ones like this and this. About 20 different ways have been suggested, but none seem to work for me in singleplayer.

So yes, someone tell us when they figure it out, and some step by step screenshots would be nice too -_-
