Soooo what's everyones plans?

I'm working all afternoon and evening. Might do something afterwards, though, depends how things pan out at work...

My Valentine's Day has been couple of hours of work, then some chatting and downloading of files, couple of hours of KOTOR and then many hours of music (mainly Jean-Michel Jarre and Nobuo Uematsu, I got FF7 OST today). [http://forums.massassi.net/html/biggrin.gif]

I hate the commercialism of Valentines Day. You have to limit your love and giving to one day? Why not give him/her something special every once in a while instead of just piling the love onto one day? And since when does giving stuff mean love?

well said...exactly how I feel.

My Valentine's day is prolly gonna suck. I took her to our senior prom a few weeks ago, which was a girl-ask-guy dance. She complained about not having much money, so as the GENTLEMAN I am, I kindly paid for dinner, tickets, a tux, and a corsage. She bought a dress, but because she was 'poor', she didn't buy shoes or get her hair done.

That night went alright, but it was not NEARLY worth the money that I spent on it...and she wasn't very thankful for me paying for everything. And to top it all off, now that I'm broke (from the dance), she wants me to take her someplace really fancy for dinner tomorrow. And since I'm broke, I can't...

I will be continuing the tradition of a friend who, last year, had just broken up with his girlfriend. I will be celebrating Saturday. What is this Valentine's Day you speak of?

I will also playing D&D, assuming the rest of the group doesn't cancel just 'cause it's Valentine's Day.
