Eh? But surely 'violent' is synonymous with 'killographic'? You'd say a game is violent if it showed some guy getting his head blown off.. I guess the argument is that the game is SHOWING violence, and the game isn't actually going out and smacking you in the face.. Still, a bit of a silly word. They could at least have chosen the appropriate Greek or Latin words to form the inkhorn term. Like cideographic, or something. Except I think 'cide' can only be a suffix, not a prefix?

Incorrect. Pornographic is a graphic depiction of porn, which is the graphic depiction of sex.

And killing is the graphic depiction of death.

Therefore, it's only proper that they called is "deathographic"

Actually, incorrect.. Pornographic is most often used to describe porn, therefore most of its other definitions have been forgotten. Pornographic can be, and has been used to describe violence or violent behavior. I think it's something really sadistic or something like that.
