then I was forced into the drudges of Dialup once again... however, a small light appeared... AND SO IT WAS THAT I GAINED DSL CONNECTION IN THE APARTMENT AWAY FROM HOME!! SANCTITY IS MINE! RELATIVELY FAST DOWNLOADS AWAIT ME EVEN AWAY FROM THE HOUSE! HOORAH!

hey... ok. I've got a T3 plumbed to my house. Here I had 56k dialup crap. it was BAD dialup at that. You'd be freaking out too.

I once went from a week of using T3 at a camp then to my uncles' 28k modem on net zero on a win95 machine.

T3?

That's what they hook up entire colleges/ businesses with. Its too much bandwidth for one person to ethically have all to themselves. [http://forums.massassi.net/html/smile.gif]

(note to self: find out how hard it would be to tap yecti's T3 line.)
