Well it's taken long enough but just thirteen (ooh) days after ordering I am the proud user of 150 kbps broadband, which may not sound like a lot, but it's made a hell of a lot of difference to me. *Glows happily* [http://forums.massassi.net/html/biggrin.gif]

Yeah, my steady max is 370kb/s. My average is 150kb/s

I usually have a rate of about 150 kb/s, sometimes around 200 kb/s.

Here it's brand new DSL... I haven't even had a chance to test it out yet... in fact, my thread is newer than yours because I posted it just recently...

From me to a website, usually something like 100-200k/s.

Peer to peer I'll get a wide range, from 20k/s from a dialupper to 100-200k/s from someone on something faster.

My connection properties says '100mbps,' I'm still deciding how to interpret that.

100-400 Kbps depending on the speed and location of the server im downloading from.

my avg speed is somewhere between 250-400 kbs, but I once got 1.5 mbs. (that's 1500 kbs)

The fastest I've had was 8mb/sec.
Yes, that's right, 8000k/sec.
Granted, that was transferring files across the network. The fastest speed I've gotten from a site outside the neetwork is about 1.5mb/sec.

With this 256k... I once downloaded some... things... via... something... and the download speed jumped from 25 kbps to 250 kbps [http://forums.massassi.net/html/eek.gif]

Usually it is about 25kbps-32kbps.

Fastest I've ever gotten of the internet was about 10 megs a second.
