Yeah.. for my english class, I need a speech given by someone against the decleration of independence. Ive looked around, but can't find anything

Yeah, look at what some of the English guys as well as loyalists in the colonies were saying. Surely SOMEONE in England denounced the Declaration of Independence SOMEHOW in a speech.

All I was able to find was an open letter, rather than a speech. History is written by the victors, eh? Anyway, I dunno if it's what you're looking for, but it might help. I got it from this site, which has a whole truckload of articles about the American Revolution, from various perspective. Very interesting stuff.
