Hey guys can ya help me out here, im looking for some good capture software, such as capturing whatever is on the monitor right then.

Also ya think firewire is good products for filming,editing and all that of home movies?

I used CamStudio 2.1 to capture video, but it eats up ram like a *****.

To capture whats on the monitor use fraps.

i tried the fraps demo its watermarked i guess i gotta get the really thing, cuz you cant see anything with that.
