It has most likely been explained, but why was the religious discussion forum removed?

That forum had obviously established itself as the "Massassi home" for some regulars that you didn't really see anywhere else.

I believe that the existence of the RD forum prevented many threads from being derailed onto religious tracks.

I honestly don't care either way. I just suspect that the same thing that caused the creation of the religious discusson forum is going to necessitate bringing it back.

Ever since I posted that thread about my big change, I have changed alot. About 90% of my posts HAVE been useful and on topic. I am in a pissy mood tonight, so don't make things worse. I intend to continue to post things relevant and useful, so stop being such a huge jerk.

Anyway, 90% of the threads about MMORPG's get posted in this forum. Non of the admins bother to move the threads, so people continute to think that it is okay to post MMORPG things here instead of in the MMORPG Forum. As for the RBots forum...what's the point?

Getting back to the original topic: I think the RD forum should stay dead and gone until the admins can find moderators who are capable of effectively managing a debate forum. It's not enough to discipline people for personal insults. When you're dealing with a forum like this, you need to enforce basic debate rules or you will end up with 2 word replies: "Strawman fallacy". If you don't get rid of the fallacy, you can't complain when people point it out.

Stop curing the symptom, cure the problem. SAJN_Master here is a textbook case of the wrong kind of thinking.

I don't like moving threads if they aren't going to cause trouble where they are, never have liked it. Anyway, it's staying. SWG forum may be merged with it though if massassi's SWG population continues to dwindle to nothing.

The RD forum was ironically Massassi's purgatory forum, all the users are able to clean all that flaming urge out of their system. and then they can move onto the GDF.
