I just saw a clip of President Bush speaking to some reporters at an airport. He had this dazed, far off look. And he kept drifting off in his conversation. He would say a few words, and pause for a good few seconds.. Say a few more words, then pause... It was very odd.... I think he was stoned. Stoned off his freaking rocker.

Well, did he just get off the plane? Had he been traveling? What time did this happen? There are a bunch of things that can explain why he looked the way he did.

Perhaps he was "tired." Implying the President does drugs is always good for a laugh, though.
A desperate disease requires a dangerous remedy.

A major source of objection to a free economy is precisely that it gives people what they want instead of what a particular group thinks they ought to want. Underlying most arguments against the free market is a lack of belief in freedom itself.

Well, it's quite obvious that he pauses because he's a robot running on RedHat. It takes him a few moments to actually process what is being input and compile a response.
