It assumes Christianity has an antithesis. It doesn't; conflicting religions have their own philosophy and mythology. Atheism and agnosticism are not in opposition to Christianity, but rather religion as a whole (and at the same time they do not contradict the various ethos of those religions).

Well, the Bible descibes such a person as an antichrist (which is distinct from the Antichrist).

However I don't think that those currently advocating against Christianity would like to convey the message that they are an antichrist... However true that statement may be.
