My old JK buddy Seph just mentioned this idea to me, and I thought I'd post it here. It's an idea for a tournament of sorts, a Jedi Triathlon, if you will. Basically, you'd play your opponent three times, once in JK, once in JO, and once in JA. Might be interesting. Maybe #massgames would be interested.

I never played MotS online...

Anyway, it seems a bit hard to do going into and starting those games. How JKA?

But I guess there needs to be something to do in #massgames...

MoTS had the best MP levels ever created IMO. Imperial Fortress > all.

Rivin, what the hell are you talking about? Plenty of people play JA and JO, don't project your opinion onto other people.

Aren't people supposed to know your opinions? I may be wrong.

Heh, when I read the title, I thought you meant some kind of sports competition in JK. A friend and I did something like that with the Ninja Kage mod once. We were in a big open level, and laid those ground spike thingies to make a sort of long jump. Great fun [http://forums.massassi.net/html/smile.gif]

in the JO level ( the really biiiiig one) "the jedi academy" (common on servers) i invented a new type of duel called "bar fighting" [http://forums.massassi.net/html/smile.gif]

Nauticus, let me make some examples:

Opinion:
<Checksum> I don't like techno music.
Meaning: I, Checksum, don't like techno music.

<Rivin> Nobody plays JA or JO.
Meaning: I, Rivin, don't like JA or JO, therefore nobody else does either. Right?

Well, either that, or the fact that he can count the number of JA/JO servers on his fingers, no doubt.

...Which is also BS. I play JA every day and there's an absolute assload of servers.

I tried JO MP the other day and there's also a surprisingly large amount of servers.

Oh come off your high horse. I was being sarcastic not, "projecting my opinion on others." Sure, it doesn't work well for text, but I figured it would be obvious. Apparently not to some.*

That would be pretty cool but it might be tough to find someone who plays all three. Like myself, I only play JO and JKA now.
