No. I have only been here for 4 months and that unit is just a few down from us but I didn't notice anything in particular.

i don't know my neighbors at all... doesn't help they they move out and new people move in every few months in a couple of the houses

Of my neighbours though... I know that the kid there likes to call me with the strangest "insults" and the others are just meh. Nothing special, nothing interesting.

A few years ago, the guy who lived in the appartement below me was arrested for hiding tons of pot in the ceilling.

My brother's neighbors are crack monkeys and have a meth lab in their single wide. They always have people in and out of there buying drugs. The cops refuse to do anything about it... probably because that's where they get their supply. In general, I hate cops.

After hanging around with some cops on a social level when I lived in Ottawa, my views have changed. I don't hate them anymore.
I do, however, still think they are all criminals. Because they are.

cops here are a mixed bag... some are cool and some are so strict with the laws you can't even sneeze near them without getting arrested

I'd report the cops to the state gov. or something since they knew about it and didn't do anything. crooked cops really piss me off.
