That sounds spookily similar to the Jamie Bulger murderers here in the UK back at the beginning of the '90s. Read about it here http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/uk/991562.stm
Is that story causing as big a fuss in the news in the states as the Bulger murderers have here?
