4.2 was released a while back... Not long after 4.1 actually.

Might try these.. I have noticed no difference since 3.9 3.8 was bad performance and 3.7 had the best performance until 4.1

Anyone's comments before I install them? Has anyone had any problems with them?

Remember to uninstall your old drivers first and use http://www.driverheaven.net/cleaner/ before you install the new set.

They seem pretty solid so far, with some nice bug fixes and performance improvements.
Note however that a temporary fix for Call of Duty was included, which will decrease performance by about 3% (something ATI is working to resolve for the next Catalyst release). The pixel shading improvements might make it worth though.

...I've never uninstalled the old drivers... I've updated every relese since 3.6 and I've never had any problems...

I've had a couple of weird issues in the past, which were fixed by a clean driver install. That's not to say you have to absolutely do it.

I did my own little benchmark:

Unreal Tournament 2004 Custom Benchmark.exe utility (reliable):

3.8
Min: 19.67 Average: 55.9 Max: 104.36
4.3
Min: 19.86 Average: 56.43 Max: 110.73

Knights of the Old Republic (not reliable):

3.8
Scene 1: 26 , Scene 2: 42 , Scene 3: 29
4.3
Scene 1: 24 , Scene 2: 38 , Scene 3: 28

UT2004 up, KOTOR down. The latter is not a reliable benchmark however (especially without the proper program).
