I remember renting a Sega Saturn back when the N64 was also just coming out. I think I played Daytona USA on it. T'was pretty decent, if I remember correctly.

Sonic the Hedgehog 3 & Knuckles > Any and all other Sega games. Too bad it's not only abandonnware, it's also ludicrously rare, especially compared to the earlier release version, Sonic the Hedgehog 3...

As for the Saturn, that's one system I haven't looked to much at... Although I know that you can play all Saturn games on a Dreamcast...

Uh, no you can't. You're thinking the playstation.

As for Saturn, the only game I was interested in was "Grandia". Great game, definately check it out. It's an RPG, btw.

Sonic 3 & Knuckles is just the original Sonic 3 plugged into the Sonic & Knuckles cart. Sonic & Knuckles is pretty rare these days because it was so popular, but you can buy the entire Genesis series for the Gamecube (Sonic Mega Collection).

So really, it's not hard to get at all.

Guardian Heroes, a great 2D side scroller. Yeah the Panzer Dragoon games are great too. Shining Force III is a great tactical RPG. Although good luck on finding those games....

The Genesis is still awsome. I've got a bit of pride saying that I've almost beat every Sonic game that was released for it. 1,2,3,3 and Knuckles, S&K, and also beat 2 with Knuckles. The two I just couldn't beat completely were Spinball and 3D Blast. I swear, the last levels for both of those games have driven me crazy. And Spinball has to be on of the hardest games ever. I'm glad I haven't sold mine, I still have the original and all.

Really!? Wow. That is so sweet-***. Where'd you get it? It's so cool in a 1997 cyperpunk kind of way.

I remember playing NiGHTS Into Dreams... at Toys'R'Us. Get one or all of the Lunar games for the Sega Saturn. I don't actually know anything about those games, and I haven't actually played any of them, but the box for Lunar 2: Eternal Blue on the PlayStation looks really cool.

EDIT: Also, Shenmue.

That is correct, although I haven't played the PC version...

Not really:

Sonic & Knuckles is to Sonic 1 as
Sonic 3 & Knuckles is to Sonic 3.

It's more of an expansion of 3. I don't like it so much for having Knuckles as I like it for having 14 zones (for 25 acts in total), 14 special stages, and 3 types of bonus stages.

Also, S3&K was sadly excluded from the Mega Collection for the GC... Had it been on there, it would have added enough to convince me to get GC (along with other games such as F-Zero GX)...
