Yes--one step closer to having a desktop in the palm of your hand. And once Microsoft utilizes it, then maybe Linux will follow. I only say Linux will utilize it because it's all user-based. Microsoft has all the power HEIL HIT--I mean... <__< PEEGDOG.

er... the 1.8 inch is in iPods. Those are around $250 for the lower end ones. Why would a .85 inch one be so much more expensive?

smaller components are always more expencive. first is the fact that they are newer and therefore people pay more, which is what someone already said, but also smaller components take more expensive manufacturing techniques.
